Those looking for less should check out the turbocharged versions of the CR-V or Mazda CX-5. For an SUV with no sporting intent the Forester’s handling is decent. The right tee is compact and strong enough for the emergency step of bricks with refined wire. This model features a symmetrical all-wheel drive train with vehicle dynamics control and active traction in large part due to smart on and off. The Subaru Forester has a Linear Tonic CVT gear box. The Subaru Starr’s EPA rating is 26 in the city 33 on the highway and 29 combined. Increased brand clearance translates into fuel economy if you choose the Wall Internet team level.

The 2024 Subaru Forester is a script-priced compact crossover with the ability to go at least slightly off the beaten path. Competition like Honda CR-V and Mazda CX -50 offers better on-road driving behavior but Forester gives you no complaints from REI to Treasure Jo. The rear seat is spacious and the cargo area is more than adequate for large camping gear or a week’s worth of groceries. The Star is well-equipped in all but the models but you’ll get a post of driver-assistive technology no matter how much you’re willing to spend. All-wheel drive stands as you’d expect from a white over but the 182 hp flat-four engine struggles to deliver much punch.
